This event was organized by a wizard named Valious, some claim he was the first blue mage though generally Merlin is accepted as the first. Many (particulary humans) went looking for the powerful sword of the legend but none returned or gave up search.

In secret he organized a meeting, he invited selected representatives of several tribes to the Bay of Eternity . However the bond between the races was not so close but those present on the meeting where willing to help creating the object in the hope that it would make their bond stronger. There where Elves, Dwarves and Humans at the start but later other factions were involved.
