Orcs are a green-skinned race of warriors living in the orclands on the eastern continent

Biology

Orcs are green-skinned humanoids, strong build and up to 2,2 meters tall. Special are the long canine teeth at the sub-dentition and their red eyes. Hairs, if they have are mostly long and black.

Most of the important organs exist at least twice like the heart or the stomach (so they eat much, too). Their lifespan is unknown and caused by their culture, most men die early in battle.

Orcs are meat eaters, often raw and have two genders althought most humans never seen a female orc because these are staying at home.

History/Culture

Biological born as perfect warriors, the orc hordes became wild conquerors and live a bloody style of life. Their origin is assumed in the orclands, the north-west of the eastern continent, where most orcish settlements are today. In former times, they conquered much space and their world expanded over the whole north of that continent, but dumb as they are, the intelligent races of humans, elves and other fought the land back.

Althought orcs appear barbarian, they have the same intellectual potential like other humanoid races e.g. the humands, so a few can build giant and complexive war machines. But most orcs prefer to stay uneducated and living after their instincts. A governmental organisation is not fully known, but the orclands and all armies seem to be leaded by a strict hierarchy. To unknown races, orcs are always unfriendly or hostile, nevertheless they build up positive relationships to Trolls, Agami, Ogres and some Goblin tribes.
