History
The Eagle kingdom counts as one of the first human kingdoms. 1475 o.C. King Mathias was crowned 5 years after the Lion King. Originally the free citties of the south feared to be taken by the lion kingdom so they searched their own royal bloodline. The quick growing stopped 1506 o.C. when the king was murdered by a criminal group calling themselves Wolfpack. Under Mathias' daughter's husband Leopold the fresh kingdom had to fight against corrupted nobilities and criminal activities. 1512 o.C. Leopold inherited the Lion kingdom and united both factions into a strong one. Since this day, the eagle kingdom ended to exist. Today, the shire Eaglemarch remembers its glorious origins.
Culture
The Eagle cities were populated by god-believing, conservative farmers and low-educated people. The few rich and intelligent royal families used their tax income to build a lot of churches, abbeys and small castles, which holds an own typical architecture and art treasures uncomparable to other parts of the Middle Kingdom. All in one, the eagle kingdom was a peaceful land until money-addicted thieves spread fear into society.
