The Big River offers many sorts of tasty fish, which is the only meat, elves are allowed to eat. But there is one very dangerous species living in the Big River: The big blue-coloured fish is just called “Sharpmaulfish”. It has a giant mouth, for a fish good eyes, eats other fishs and on its whole body many extremely sharp claws and tooths. Because it’s as blue as the water, you cannot see it until it jumps to the surface, and then, it’s mostly too late for defending. The Sharpmaulfish also hunt for living creatures from the land, so every year, some dozens of fishers from the Middle Kingdom get lost. Only their broken boats were found sometimes.
