Disati is an unknown world and home of the Forewalkers and Cyclops. Because there were some rare connections to Legonia, it wouldn't be count as an own sphere if legonian scientists even knew about. Also Disati is not a parallel world and has no influence on Legonia (except for the portals which connects them.)
The Portals
The portals that formed the entrance (and exit) of Disati allowed the Forewalkers to literally step into Legonia. Who enters Disati is taken far far away to a world that looks the same but is very different. The portals theirselves are myths, some drawings in ancient temples on the western continent mention them but nobody has ever found one.
