The fortress of blueheaven is located in the south-east of the city and seperated from it by a bridge. It has an own heaven and can be used as shelter and place of evacuation in case of a siege of the city. Its main quest is to guard the big river and hold the city guard of blueheaven. Also, the main military unit of the shire is stationed here.
