Master Engatio Condore Judae Balzarro, Administrate akademe de Azurae is one of the most famous mages in north Legonia, belongs to the high academy council of the blue mages and is also highest advisor of King Leo III. since 1606 o.C. . He is known as intelligent, well educated and experienced sorceror, who has one of the biggest libraries in private possession. But he's also known as snobbish, arrogant and complicate man, who hasn't much friends. In political or magic affairs he's beloved for his wisdom and nobody doubt his judge, not even the king.
Nevertheless, his opinions on magic are often offend conservative members of the blue mage academy.
Biography
Engatio Condore Balzarro was born 1584 o.C in Azuran City as noble son of the family of Judae. His father was part of Azuran's city council and so he got schooled early. His first teacher detected his supernatural intelligence and potential.
1591 o.C. 7 aged, Balzarro was one of the youngest scolars in the blue mage academy of Azuran.
1601 o.C. Born as genious he succeeded his study in the minimal time of 1o years. With 17, Balzarro became adept of master Rogolan.
1606 o.C. Finally, master Balzarro was called as highest advisor of the king to the king's shire.
1613-1615 o.C. Balzarro and an expedition from Middle Kingdom explored the south-west of Outlaw Hills and discovers the amazon lands.

Master Balzarro owns several important titles and side-jobs, so he is one of the most powerful guys in Middle Kingdom after the King:
- Blue mage master (fulfilled study as blue mage)
- Highest advisor of the king of Middle Kingdom
- Administrate akademe de Azurae (Balzarro belongs to the high academy as representant of the academy of Azuran, so he's involved in all important decissions in blue mage's society)
