Ogres can be 3-5 meter tall and aside the trolls and hill giants they belong to the giant humanoids.
Biology
Their appearance is human-like but weird distorted. They have a surprising small head and long arms and legs, the body is suffering under ascendance often caused by their meat-intensive food. Ogres eat dead, living and also rotten animals, sometimes also intelligent beeings like humans if possible.
Culture/Behaviour
An ogre can be dangerous if petulant but mostly lazy and dumb. They barely belong to the culture engaging races but scientists are still in argument if they should be listed as animals, creatures or feeling beeings.
Ogres can be found in north- and southlegonia, most live alone in caves or primitive dwellings. Groups of ogres or hordes are getting very rare during the last centuries.
Theories
Some theories exist, which say, ogres were created by evil magic or mutilated from an ancient race.
Rumours say, that a sigle ogres had lived in the canalisation of Azuran and was responsible for a series of disappeared children in the late 16th century under king Leo I..
