Arkos in ark'tohl pantheon

Main god, master of desert, fire, sky, war, life, masculinity and passion. Religion says, he’s the direct son of the big something and first male lifeform. He created the Ark’tohl desert to test the human’s power and will. Whorships can be found in most castes and races of the south, because he has many meanings. His idol is a red stone pillar with 3 torches, symbolizing the desert(landscape), the sun(sky) and fire(life/strength).

Arkando in amazon mythology

Arkando is the only male god in amazon mythology. Like his sister Vendra, he's son of the Big Something, so the similarity to Arkos is high contingent. His main characteristics are all negative abilities like irascibility, laziness, stupidity or arrogance. In amazon mythology, Arkando was too weak to fight the demon gods, so his sister had to end the war. Also, Arkando created the men because this is the less worthful gender. It doesn't surprise, that the amazones don't praise him, but he appears in many tales, allegories and ceremonies. In pictures and scultpures he's shown as small, often fat and ugly man, sometimes as weak, old man.
