Countless tales, rumours and stories in Northlegonia mention giant blood-drinking hybrid creatures of humans and bats but noone has ever seen or prooved their existence. The educated elites of the Middle and Northern Kingdom, e.g. the blue mages think that the legends of these biests are based on a southlegonian race of undead, the Vladeks.
