Description

Apemen belong to the low-civilisated and very rare races.

Biology

The ape-like humanoids are covered with dark fur, appears like human but with gorilla-like heads. In most legonian sciences, the apemen are rarely seen as intelligent race thought they're mostly seperated from animals. A low intelligence made them develop, go on 2 legs and using equipment. Their reactions show simplified social structures. Apemen eat fruits. vegetables and meat. A controversial theory assume, that Apemen and early human races like the Humos had conjoint evolutional roots but this is denied in official sciences

Culture

Apemen appear in smaller packs or tribes and living as nomads as long as their environment allows it. The social structures are simple but effecte. Every family is lead by an alpha-male, who is mostly the strongest but also the more intelligent male in the group. Simple equipment like clubs are used. Because most civilisations fight them, their population decreased drastically and their living areas are limited to untouched jungles or forests. The biggest population can be found in the Armakian jungle and the south of the eastern continent in general.
