Description
The god Okeanos is part of several pantheons and religions. So in nearly all cultures Okeanos is known as the lord of the oceans. A main theory suppose that ancient sea travellers spread the word and belief of Okeanos to all ports of Legonia. Thought Okeanos is praised as patron and guard of fishers and sailers and life-supporter, also sea storms and giant monsters are in his responisibility.
Okeanos in ark'tohl pantheon
God of oasis, seas and water. Okeanos is son of Arkos and Venari and only brother of Onyxo, who is still part of the pantheon. Because the pantheon limited the amount of gods, no more familiars are mentioned. For the desert tribes, he’s an important god, so every oasis has a shrine blessing him. The only temples can be found in the ports at the bay of Ark’tohl. Because shipping is small in the Emirates, the cult is only lived by some fishermen. His idol consists of a blue painted base and 2 fish statues.
Okeanos in Insaani pantheon
Different than in ark'tohlian religion, Okeanos is described as father in some tales. His son should be the god Ner'u while he is son of Norae and Nepht'uhl (who are possibly other incarnations of Venari and Arkos).

Okeanos in Therian pantheon
Also the Therians praise Okeanos as lord of the seas and his son Nereus as master of sea life. His representation is very close to the Insaani religion.
Okeanos in other mythologies
Ther're several related creatures and supernatural appearances of Okeanos, especially in ocean-related cultures. So, there's the belief, that Okeanos would be main god of all water creatures and possible underwater kingdoms told in old tales. The seamen in Middle Kingdom fear a giant mythic storm in the Azuran Ocean called " The Okeon ", in some viking myths, Okeon is also the name of a giant water snake, who can eat whole islands. In conclusion, Okeanos is the most known god after the big something with appearance in many cultures.
