Though it's still discussed if the dwarves or the elves created the first language, it's a dact, that dwarvish is the basement of most human languages in Legonia. The earliest known and still existing scripts were old runes found in Dwarven Peak. All together, 26 symbols existed which later became the basement for the human letters. Except that, Dwarvish has a complex grammar and is not easy to learn.

Not much kingdoms are left from the old dwarven culture, so their language is limited known.
